We are a young, fun, 20-person team that is changing the world one company at a time. We just opened a new, high-energy sales office in North Central Austin (near Lamar & 183) that we want to fill with a enthusiastic, creative, and driven sales team.

So what do we do? We build incredibly-profitable websites for small to medium sized businesses. We design, build and market them on the major search engines to turn them into profit-machines for our customers. Our customers keep coming back for more because they see results. (By the way, we pay our Account Execs commissions on all future business, not just the first sale!)

We have been growing steadily for about two years until several months ago when things really started to take off. We hired one independent, part time sales person for a few months. He described our services as “incredibly easy to sell”. Now, we’re looking to build a full-time, in-house sales team.

There is tremendous room for growth. Our production team has gone from 5 people to 20 people in about 18 months and we anticipate that we’ll continue to grow quickly for several years to come. Our sales team is currently just our founder so you’ll be on the ground floor with a lot of opportunity for promotion and growth. We have excellent sales collateral and a proposal team that produces the tools you need to look great in front of potential clients. We don’t want you in the office, we want you in front of the customers!

There is a draw to support you while you build your base. Commission plans pay you every month that the customer stays with us. Since our contracts are ongoing, you will steadily make more each month you’re working because you’ll collect for many months on every sale. Most customers renew with us after their contract expires which just means more commissions for you.

There is plenty of training as this is a relatively new field and it’s constantly changing. You’ll have access to our team of developers to help you with questions and even to go on sales calls with you. But, if you already have experience selling marketing or web design then this is a natural next step for you.
